In the United States, one has the opportunity to be tried for the charges against them, and is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Once proven guilty, the offender is sentenced. A sentence may include anything ranging from a fine, a jail sentence, or a sentence to a state or federal prison.

Regardless of which facility the inmate is housed in, please deliver the payment to the money room window located in the main lobby of the Tarrant County Correction Center, 100 N. Lamar, Fort Worth, Texas.
Money is accepted any time of day or night, seven (7) days per week, except the following times:
6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., or from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Coin is not accepted.
